Lemon Tree Group of Hotels conducted a Three Day Executive Development Workshop titled unctional Excellence Program for their Pan India team of Executive Chef’s and F&B Managers. The meet was chaired by Chef Rajeev Janveja,Corporate Chef ,Lemon Tree Group of Hotels. The workshop was conducted at the Lemon Tree Hotel Premier at Hitech City, Hyderabad. Prominent personalities from the industry were invited as guest speakers and share their knowledge and experience. Chef Sudhakar N Rao, Director/Principal, Culinary Academy of India had an interactive session with the delegates on "GROOMING YOUNG CHEFS" to become efficient managers of tomorrow. The topic was aimed at making the chefs and managers of the industry, understand and contribute to the academic point of view so as to help generate qualified and better chefs for the future of this wonderful and challenging profession.
